I wanted to pass along to you what a tremendous help both Lee Garrison and Angela Pyle were last week at Medical Towers I. As you know, our elevators have been quite a challenge the past couple of moths and last week was no different.

Both Lee and Angela were right on top of the elevator situation and communicated excellent with both Dr. Dinehart and myself, keeping us informed every step of the emergency repairs that were occurring and what our elevator situation would be for the next day. Needed repairs were reported to Board members and approved and work began within a few hours, which was imperative for patient care to continue in the building.

I truly appreciate the team work that occurred last week and thought I should pass that on to you.

Consistency and stability are sometimes difficult to find these days when leasing commercial real estate. Since signing our first lease at Breckenridge Village over 16 years ago Flake & Kelley has always managed the center, furthermore, we have only had two property managers in all that time. My name is Joe Stevens. I am the Chief Operations Officer for ELJ Video Communications Inc. and am writing this communication in that capacity. ELJ Video Communications is located in the Corporate One building, suite 245.

We are a new out-of-the-box business, and face the challenges all new organizations face, not the least of which was identifying a suitable location for our company. With that location comes the property management aspect which is so critical to ongoing operations, in particular for a new business.

Our representative from Flake and Kelley in that regard is Ms. Angela Pyle. On behalf of ELJ Video Communications, we wish to make our gratitude known for the efforts of Ms. Pyle and her crew. In short, her support for us has been nothing less than stellar, and we are deeply appreciative. Yesterday, our company hosted its Ribbon Cutting ceremony and Open House sponsored by the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce. We estimate upwards of fifty local area business representatives including a local television news crew were in attendance throughout the afternoon, both in front of the Corporate One building and in our offices. The building and its spaces could not have been better prepared for this event. People noticed and comments were made. Angela's efforts translate to a very positive presence in the community for both ELJ Video Communications and Flake and Kelley. We wanted you to know.

Ms. Pyle has earned our gratitude, our respect and our friendship, as has those she is involved with to make all this happen, right down to a particular maintenance man who rides a very sharp motorcycle!
